The Bad Guys The Ultimate Enemy where made by Remco in the early 80's. These are very often confused as Sgt Rock figures. My only guess is this line was produced to give Sgt Rock figures an enemy. The card back says The Bad Guys The Ultimate Enemy of Sgt Rock, Gi Joe, MASH and all mini Action Soldiers!
